Bought a gate and security door from them. Previous sale guy had resign in the midst of the progress. New sales girl reach out and introduced herself. She was patient and accommodating. Able to meet the renovation demands and timeline. After installation, had some issues with the gate, they were able to come onsite with 24 hours. Good support
